Thom Goolsby is running for the North Carolina Senate to stop the out of control taxing and spending of the General Assembly. Thom believes that the record-setting spending and tax increases passed by the General Assembly this session demonstrates the politicians’ total disregard for the plight of our citizens, who are suffering through the worst recession since the Great Depression. As our Senator, Thom will set budget priorities, trim the fat and fund critical state services first. Also, Thom will work to cut taxes for every taxpayer and every business so we can jumpstart our economy again.
