Thom Goolsby wants healthcare to be affordable and effective so that the quality of our citizens’ lives can be enhanced. To that end, Thom will fight against government interference in the patient-doctor relationship. Thom knows government bureaucrats should never make decisions that affect patients’ lives. Thom will also fight to eliminate waste, fraud and abuse in Medicaid and he will fight to rid our system of frivolous lawsuits which clog our courts and drive up the cost of our health insurance. Thom believes that the free enterprise system, not big government, contains the solution to our healthcare challenges.
